CYRIL WHITE

GENERAL MANAGER

Cyril White Is a native Houstonian, and will work with the Baytown Boom as the general manager. White played high school basketball at Lamar High school, and college basketball at Texas Lutheran University.

White began his career in professional sports as a coach at Angelina College coaching women’s basketball. White would move to be a student assistant at Rice University men’s basketball and a Scout Squad Coordinator for the WNBA Houston Comets.

White began a sports outreach group, TO GOD BE THE GLORY SPORTS in 1998, And the group contracted with NCAA and junior college programs to play close to 100 Exhibition games from 1998-2006 around the USA in the preseason. White began playing professional basketball as a tour player, touring in Panama twice, and then going to China in 1999.

From 2000-2020, White’s company arranged roughly 30 international tours and over 300 basketball players to travel abroad gaining international exposure. He was hired by NBA star Stephon Marbury to be the project manager of Starbury China operation in late 2010, and still works as a Consultant to the brand.

White looks to bring his experience in contracting, team assembly, and decades of knowledge of international professional sports to the ABA in efforts to enhance the brands worldwide image. White says his goal with the team is to make Baytown one of the most exciting fan experiences and minor league sports.

BRANDON WHITE

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Brandon White will serve as the assistant general manager for the Baytown boom. White is a native Houstonian who was a star wide receiver at Northwest Academy high school before attending Texas Southern University where he majored in business. He has worked in sales inventory management for TGBTG Sports for over 10 years, Responsible for managing wholesale merchandise sold on various online platforms.

Brandon got his start in pro basketball working as a ball boy For the WNBA Houston Comets in 1997 -1999. He was courtside for every home game during the championships seasons, learning valuable knowledge from the one of a kind experiences working with a winning franchise.

Brandon will bring his international experience to the ABA, having traveled as a team assistant for China basketball tours in 2002 and 2006. He served a key role in the coordinating of sending teams to Nicaragua in 2004 as well as coordinating logistics for other teams to China from 2012-2016.

Brandon will manage and coordinate Player communications, game day operations, and other duties as necessary for the Baytown boom team.

LEWIS HUNTER

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Lewis Hunter is a native of South Haven, Michigan and attended Fennville High School. Lewis has [Fortune 100 & Fortune 500 Company] advanced experience with lead roles at Mony Securities, 5th/3rd Bank Investment Advisors, New York Life Investment Management, Wells Fargo Financial Advisors in addition to a current contracting role with a Fortune 500 Global technology company in Austin, Texas. Lewis’s proven track record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion & designing corporate strategies.    

Lewis was appointed as an Investment Promotion Consultant Liaison in 2009 by government officials of Shenyang Municipal Government Financial District China he was a lead liaison for Chinese business associates spearheading a marketing initiative collaborating with “Yao Ming’s Brand” and the Houston Rockets marketing department attending an exhibition game in Beijing, China, which developed additional business relations with government, influential asian business leaders, corporate sponsors in China and globally to date.

This created additional interactions with community outreaches in China. Lewis developed a 15 plus year relationship with Cyril White & TGBTG Sports Inc. Lewis’s role is to provide technical, administrative, & marketing assistance to the Baytown Boom organization.
